Information and Policies

• Cabin rates are based on double occupancy (2 people), not maximum occupancy, and do not included sales or lodging taxes. 

• Additional guests are $25 per day or $150 per week.

• Children 3 years and under are FREE but count toward maximum occupancy.

• Lodge rate includes up to 16 guests

• Heroes Discount:  US & Allied Military Veterans as well as Federal, State and Local Law Enforcement and Firemen receive 10% off their cabin rate! 

• Weekend rates apply to all holidays.

• A three-night minimum stay is required unless booking a Dream Destination lodging package.

• A deposit of $350 per cabin is required to hold each reservation. A deposit of $750 is required to reserve the Lodge.

• A credit card must be provided at check-in and kept on file as security against damages.

• To guarantee the same cabin and week for the following year, a deposit must be made before leaving.

• Cancellations/No Show: If you cancel 7 days or less from your arrival date or fail to show up, you are responsible for the total amount of your reservation.

• Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE unless we can rebook the cabin for your reserved dates.

• Rowboats are available to rent for $30 per day, or $100 per week.

• Rowboat rentals do not include motors or gas.

• For larger boats please inquire and we will refer you to a boat rental company or a local provider.

• Kayaks and paddleboards are free for all guests.

• ***All private and rented boats must adhere to MN DNR Aquatic Invasive Species cleaning practices and protocols!***

• Each cabin comes with one dock space included.

• Electric hookup is available at each dock.

• A private boat launch is located onsite, as well as boat trailer parking.

• Pets are welcome with prior approval for $30 per pet, per night, or $175 per week.

• All owners must sign an assumption/waiver of liability form.

• Pets must be leashed at all times in respect for other guests.

• Pets should not be left unattended at any time, and crated if necessary.

• ​All of our cabins come complete with bed linens and pillows, cooking and eating utensils, dishes, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, charcoal grill, dish towels, and one roll of toilet paper.

• ​You will need to bring your own BATH TOWELS, paper products (tissues, napkins, toilet paper, paper towels), dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, charcoal and lighter, personal items and groceries. In order to reduce plastic waste, paper, glass, metal, and biodegradable or compostable cups, plates and utensils, and biodegradable or compostable trash bags are preferred onsite!

• We do not sell bait, gas, ice, or fishing/hunting licenses. These items may be purchased in Marcell.  

• The Cabins and property are for the use of our guests ONLY. We do not allow visitors without prior approval.

• Each visitor will be charged a $25 per day fee .

• Visitors are NOT allowed on rental boats or equipment, and are not allowed to bring boats/jet skis.

• ​Please inquire regarding our limited laundry service.

• Laundromats are located in Bigfork and Grand Rapids.
