The Lodge was lovingly restored by the previous owners, who preserved its historic features while adding tastefully designed updates.

When you open the door to the Lodge you feel as though you've stepped back in time to the era of the big timber barons. The rich patina of the logs and original hardwood floors create a warm and inviting atmosphere that beckons you to come inside and stay for awhile. With two huge stone fireplaces, rich leather furniture,  a gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar and a dining nook, antique billiard table, two lounge areas, dinning room with a fabulous handcrafted 12' table created from an antique bowling alley, bar area and five bedrooms, the Lodge is a true historic gem of the Northwoods.

The Historic Lodge will now be available to rent for the Ultimate Family Vacation!  The Lodge has 5 upstairs bedrooms that can accommodate up to 16 guests.

Rustic elegance best describes this wonderful log cabin that once served

as a garage for the original resort owners. In 1931 the garage was moved

to its present location and converted into the first resort cabin. In 2007 a

total renovation was completed and the cabin once again welcomed guests

but this time with a surprisingly upscale northwoods design featuring cathedral

ceilings, hardwood and slate floors, central air conditioning, satellite tv,

a charcoal grill, and private deck.

The main level has an open floor plan with a living room nook, designer kitchen

with custom cabinets and granite countertops, and a dinning area with a cozy

gas fireplace.  The main floor bedroom has a full size log bed and a log bunk

bed. The bathroom is cedar-lined and has a shower.  The staircase leads to a

romantic loft bedroom with a queen size log bed that looks out over the lake.

The Two Loons can accommodate up to 7 guests.
