RATES ARE SUBJECT TO MN SALES TAX (6.875%) AND LODGING TAX (3%)
General Information and Policies
- Rates are based on 1– 2 people, not maximum occupancy
- Additional Guests: $25/Day $100/ Week
- To insure the privacy of our guests we do not allow visitors without prior approval. All visitors will be charged as an additional guest
- Children 2 yrs. and under are FREE but count toward Max Occupancy
- All Accommodations are SMOKE FREE
- Daily Rate– Minimum 2 Night Stay
- Holidays —Minimum 3 Night Stay
- Check-in Time: 3:00 p.m. Check-out Time: 9:00 a.m. Please notify us if you wish an earlier or later check-in time
- Deposits: A $250 deposit is required for each week. If more than one cabin is reserved, 50% of the total reservation is required. Reservations for less than one week require payment in full.
- Credit Card is required to be on file as security against damages
- Cancellations: Deposits are refundable only if we are able to fill the vacancy. Deposits that are not refunded will be credited toward another stay within the same year. There are NO refunds for Holiday Cancellations
- Pets: We have 2 dogs, therefore, we cannot accommodate other pets. Please make arrangements to board your pet BEFORE you arrive. Sorry, we cannot make exceptions.
- What To Bring: All of our cabins come complete with bed linens and pillows, cooking utensils, dishes, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, charcoal or gas grill, clock radio and dish towels. You will need to bring your own bath towels, paper products (tissues, TP, paper towels), charcoal, personal items and groceries. Also, don’t forget your camera and bring plenty of film!
- Laundry: A washer & dryer are available for a small fee
