RATES ARE SUBJECT TO MN SALES TAX (6.875%) AND LODGING TAX (3%)
General Information and Policies
- Rates are based on 1– 2 people, NOT maximum occupancy
- Additional Guests: $25/Day $100/ Week
- The Cabins and property are for the use of our guests ONLY. We do not allow visitors without prior approval. Each visitor will be charged a $25 fee. Visitors are limited to 4 hours and are NOT allowed on rental boats or equipment.
- Children 2 yrs. and under are FREE but count toward Max Occupancy
- All Accommodations are SMOKE FREE
- Daily Rate: Minimum 2 Night Stay
- Holidays: Minimum 3 Night Stay
- Check-in Time: Between 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. Check-out Time:9:00 a.m. Advance notice is required if you wish an earlier or later check-in time. There will be a $30 additional fee
- Dock Space: Each Cabin has one dock space included FREE. There is a $25 dock fee for each additional dock space needed. Electric hookup is provided at each dock
- Reservations:To guarantee the same week and cabin for the following year, you MUST book and make a deposit before you leave
- Deposits: A $350 deposit is required for each week. If more than one cabin is reserved, 50% of the total reservation is required. Reservations for less than one week require payment in full.
DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE!
- Credit Card is required to be on file as security against damages
- Pets: We have 2 dogs, therefore, we cannot accommodate other pets. Please make arrangements to board your pet BEFORE you arrive. Sorry, we cannot make exceptions.
- What To Bring: All of our cabins come complete with bed linens and pillows, cooking utensils, dishes, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, gas grill, clock radio and dish towels. You will need to bring your own BATH TOWELS, paper products (tissues, paper towels),personal items and groceries. We do not sell bait, gas, or fishing/hunting licenses. These items may be purchased in Marcell.
